How do I choose the right size?
Just grab a measuring tape! Compare your chest, waist, and hip measurements with our Size Chart. If you’re between two sizes, we recommend going a size up for a relaxed fit.
Will my scrubs shrink or fade after washing?
No worries! Our fabric is pre-shrunk and colorfast, so your scrubs will stay true to size and color. Just follow the care instructions — gentle machine wash, cold water, and no bleach.
Do you offer both men’s and women’s fits?
We currently offer women’s styles, and our men’s line is launching soon — designed with the same comfort, quality, and fit that define every WASP scrub.
What colors are available?
Our scrubs are currently available in Beige, Grey, Dark Blue, and Dark Green. We’ll be expanding our color range soon — new shades are in the works!
Are WASP scrubs suitable for Indian weather?
Absolutely. WASP scrubs are designed for India’s warm and humid climate. The fabric is breathable, quick-drying, and lightweight, keeping you comfortable even through the longest shifts.
What fabric do you use?
We’ve developed a premium blended fabric of polyester, rayon, and spandex that offers softness, durability, and flexibility. It has a light stretch that moves with you — almost like your favorite loungewear, but built for professional wear.
How can I place a bulk or hospital order?

Why are WASP scrubs priced higher than regular scrubs?
Our scrubs are crafted with premium materials and thoughtful design that deliver superior comfort, longevity, and fit. Every detail — from fabric choice to stitching — is made to justify the quality you’ll feel from day one.
Can I customize my scrubs with my name or logo?
Yes! We offer custom embroidery for names, designations, and hospital logos. You can select the customization option when placing your order. Please note: Customized scrubs can only be returned in the event of a manufacturing defect.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns only on a case-by-case basis, if the product is damaged or defective. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are available for unworn, unwashed products with tags intact, if requested within 7 days. Customized items are only eligible for exchange if there’s a manufacturing issue.
Do you offer any discounts?
Not at the moment — we focus on offering consistent, premium quality at fair prices. Our materials, design, and craftsmanship ensure long-term value without compromise.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, and net banking. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually shipped within 2–4 business days and delivered within 5–8 working days across India, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
